For store owners
In-store POS
Last updated: October 2026
In-store sales is the counter till in Store admin. Use it on a phone, tablet, or desktop to ring up cash, card, e-Transfer, or other payments. English, French, Spanish, and Arabic are supported, including right-to-left Arabic, and the till follows your light or dark theme.
m.tom.1. Kiosk and fullscreen
The header always shows your store name (and logo if you set one) and the signed-in cashier username. Product tiles sit beside a sticky cart with large totals and 44px+ tap targets.
- Fullscreen uses the browser Fullscreen API and tries to keep the screen awake so the till stays on.
- Lock without password hides the sidebar and top bar and stays signed in as the current user.
- Lock with password does the same, then asks for a username or owner email plus password. Owner credentials restore full admin; cashier credentials switch the session to that cashier’s grants.
- Idle auto-lock after five minutes in kiosk. Use Switch cashier without leaving fullscreen.
- The same button says Fullscreen or Exit fullscreen. Exit fullscreen is hidden for till-only cashiers; they stay in kiosk and use Switch cashier.
2. Cashiers
Store owners add cashiers in Settings. Each cashier is a real sign-in (not a PIN overlay) with a generated username like m.tom and a one-time password. You can regenerate the password or disable the account without deleting sales history.
Cashiers always get In-store sales. You can also grant Products (stock and price only), Inventory, Orders, Returns, Categories (view), plus optional Customers (masked names) and Promo codes. Cashiers never see Settings, Fees, Sales, Accounting, Dashboard, Reviews, or Import.
3. Customer lookup and privacy
Suggestions come only from this store’s past orders, not the whole platform. On the till, names show as M. Lastname and emails as j***@domain.com. The order still stores the full name and email so the customer’s receipt is correct. The cashier line on printed and emailed receipts is the username (m.tom), never a legal name.
4. Receipts and devices
- Print or email a receipt after the sale. Card checkout uses the same secure card flow as online.
- Works in the sidebar layout and in kiosk on phone, tablet, and desktop.
- Languages: English, French, Spanish, Arabic. Themes: light and dark.
