Why is there a $25 setup fee on the free plan?

The one-time setup fee covers account review and store activation. It is charged once on your first platform invoice — not every month.

How many buyers use Bazaarak?

Bazaarak is an early Canadian marketplace. We are growing shop by shop — there is no inflated shopper count on this page. Founding sellers help shape the marketplace.

What happens if my Starter shop has no sales for three months?

Starter shops that go roughly three months without sales may be auto-deactivated. Keep selling or upgrade to stay listed.

How do card payments work?

After you complete payment onboarding, shoppers can pay by card at your checkout. You can also offer Interac e-Transfer when you enable it for your store.

Can I keep my own brand and checkout?

Yes. Each store keeps its own brand, cart, and checkout. Your customers stay yours.

How do Bazaarak fees work?

You pay a platform fee percent on sales, a monthly plan fee when your plan has one, and a one-time setup fee on your first invoice. There are no listing fees. Card processing fees are separate.
