For store owners
Store admin
Last updated: July 2026
Store admin is the signed-in control panel for merchants on Bazaarak. Use it to manage your catalog, orders, returns, fees, and payment setup for your shop on bazaarak.ca.
1. What you can do
- Dashboard — overview of recent sales and store status.
- Products & inventory — add, edit, and stock products for online and in-store selling (within your plan limits).
- Orders & returns — fulfill orders, update status, and handle return requests.
- Customers — view shoppers linked to your store’s orders.
- Settings — store profile, shipping/pickup, taxes, and your return & exchange policy.
- Fees & earnings — see assigned rates and use fee calculators.
- In-store sales — record counter sales when enabled for your store.
- Promo codes — create discounts when available on your plan.
2. Before you accept card payments
- Complete any required legal document upload and platform review.
- Finish payment provider onboarding (identity and bank details) so card checkout can turn on.
- Confirm your plan and rates on Your store fees.
- Publish a clear return policy under Settings so shoppers see it before they buy.
2b. Starter plan — stay active
On the Starter plan, your store must have sales activity (online or in-store orders). If there are no transactions for about three months (90 days by default), Bazaarak may automatically unlist and deactivate the shop. Admin logins alone do not count. You should see a warning in Store admin before closure. Upgrade to Pro/Pro+ or contact sellers@bazaarak.ca if you need access restored. Full rule: Seller terms.
3. Policies you should know
- Seller terms — rules for listing, fulfillment, taxes, and CASL.
- Merchant fees — how platform and processing fees work.
- Privacy policy — how customer data must be handled.
- Seller support — sellers@bazaarak.ca.
4. Master administrators
Platform masters use the same Store admin app with extra tools (marketplace content, store approvals, plans, referrals). If you are a store owner, you only see tools for stores you are allowed to manage.
5. Need help?
Email sellers@bazaarak.ca or see Contact us — sellers. For accessibility barriers in admin, write accessibility@bazaarak.ca.
Customer product disputes are between you and the shopper. Bazaarak may try to help you both reach a resolution, but we are not responsible for unresolved disputes and will not be a party to legal action between stores and customers. See Seller terms.
